GoHighLevel Setup, Automation, & AI Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) expert who can build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and AI-powered integrations inside GoHighLevel.

This role is for someone who understands systems, not just clicks buttons. You should be comfortable designing automation logic, integrating AI tools, and improving operational efficiency through smart workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows (pipelines, triggers, campaigns, automations)

Set up and optimize AI integrations (chatbots, AI responders, call summaries, intake automation, etc.)

Create and manage CRM automations (lead intake, follow-ups, task creation, tagging, routing)

Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, forms, calendars, phone systems)

Automate inbound and outbound communication (SMS, email, calls, AI assistants)

Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows

Document systems and workflows clearly

Work closely with the owner to turn ideas into automated systems

Required Skills

Strong GoHighLevel experience (workflows, triggers, campaigns, pipelines)

Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, AI chatbots, AI call handling, or similar)

Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, webhooks)

Understanding of CRM logic & lead flow

Ability to think in systems and processes

Good written English and clear communication

Reliable internet and ability to work independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

API experience

Experience with call AI, transcription, or conversation intelligence

SaaS, agency, or CRM-heavy business experience

Documentation or SOP creation experience
