Real Estate BPO, REO, Short Sales, & Transaction Management

We are looking for an organized and persistent Property & Transaction Specialist to handle complex real estate sales. In this role, you will manage bank-owned (REO) properties, BPO (Broker Price Opinion) and short sales from start to finish. You will oversee property maintenance, negotiate with banks, and ensure every deal closes on time and follows the law.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management: Secure new listings (change locks, cleanouts), manage ongoing maintenance (landscaping, utilities), and provide price opinions for lenders.

Negotiation: Lead talks with banks to approve short sales. Collect financial paperwork and resolve title issues like tax liens or HOA debts.

Transaction Coordination: Manage the "Contract-to-Close" process. Track all deadlines (inspections, appraisals) and act as the main contact for title companies and agents.

Requirements
-Experience: 3–5 years in real estate, specifically with foreclosures or short sales.
-Tech Skills: Proficiency with MLS, digital signature tools (like DocuSign), and bank portals (like Equator).
-Expertise: Strong knowledge of the foreclosure process and real estate laws.
-Communication: Great phone skills and the ability to negotiate firmly with banks.
