???? Job Overview

We are hiring a part-time GoHighLevel Operations & Sales Support Specialist who is comfortable with both systems and phone calls.

This role requires hands-on GoHighLevel experience AND active sales/appointment-setting work. If you do not enjoy making calls, following scripts, or handling reschedules and follow-ups, this role is not a fit.

Work hours are flexible and not guaranteed weekly, but the right person will have opportunity to grow into a long-term role with more responsibility and stability.

????? Responsibilities
GoHighLevel & Technical Operations

Manage and update pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, and surveys

Troubleshoot and fix automation issues

Update contracts, forms, and funnel pages

Assist with A2P registration and compliance-related tasks

Make minor website edits (copy updates, buttons, forms, basic layout fixes)

Monitor automations and proactively flag issues

Sales, Appointment Setting & Calling (MANDATORY)

Make appointment reminder calls

Call to confirm, reschedule, or rebook appointments

Handle no-show follow-ups

Perform outbound and light cold calling to support sales

Follow specific call scripts and sales processes

Take feedback and improve call performance over time

? Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)

GoHighLevel experience (pipelines, workflows, automations, forms)

Sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling experience

Confident, clear spoken English

Comfortable making daily phone calls

Highly organized and able to track tasks, calls, and outcomes

Able to work independently without micromanagement

Willing to learn and execute my sales process and scripts exactly

Part-time, remote

Flexible hours (not guaranteed weekly)

Must provide clear reporting (tasks completed, calls made, results)

Must be reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
