Remote Real Estate Analyst – Property Management Support & Deal Sourcing (Philippines-Based)

D&J Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated Remote Real Estate Analyst with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to support our U.S.-based real estate investment platform.
This role focuses on supporting property management and leasing across our portfolio, while sourcing and screening new multifamily investment opportunities
About Us
D&J Real Estate is a Pennsylvania-based multifamily owner and property manager with a portfolio valued at over $65 million, totaling 500+ units across multiple states—primarily in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We focus on acquiring, managing, and repositioning income-producing multifamily assets, combining disciplined underwriting with a long-term investment mindset.
Role Responsibilities
Property Management & Leasing Support
Answer inbound and outbound calls from prospective and current tenants.
Monitor and respond to leasing inquiries from platforms such as
Process and screen rental applications according to company criteria.
Prepare lease agreements, coordinate move-ins, renewals, and tenant communications.
Track delinquent accounts and follow up as needed.
Issue lease violation notices and coordinate utility transfers for vacated units.
Maintenance & Operations Coordination
Monitor incoming maintenance work orders and follow up with vendors and on-site teams.
Coordinate and track outstanding work orders until completion.
Maintain regular communication with contractors regarding delayed or pending items.
Deal Sourcing
Proactively source new multifamily investment opportunities through broker outreach, inbound listings, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based brokers and deal sources.
Manage and track the acquisitions pipeline, including consistent follow-ups with brokers.
Perform initial deal screening to determine alignment with company investment criteria.
What We’re Looking For
Based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working across U.S. time zones.
