We are a fast-growing New York–based staffing company seeking a reliable, articulate, and self-driven Remote Telecaller & Appointment Setter to support our recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in HR, recruitment, BPO talent sourcing, or client coordination, and is comfortable communicating with candidates and clients in the U.S.

# Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to job applicants and passive candidates.
Introduce U.S. job openings and pre-qualify applicants based on recruiter guidelines.
Schedule interviews and coordinate appointment times between candidates and recruiters.
Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Perform initial candidate screening based on skills, experience, and availability criteria.
Follow communication scripts and maintain high professionalism in every call.
Track daily calling activity and meet productivity goals.
Work closely with U.S. recruiters to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
# Qualifications
Required: Background in HR, recruitment, talent sourcing, or BPO voice support.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or light accent.
Strong phone confidence and ability to conduct structured conversations.
Experience with ATS/CRM platforms is a plus.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Must have a quiet home workspace.
Reliable internet connection and headset.
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (NY) hours.
