Microsoft Migration to Google Workspace

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace Developer / Migration Specialist to handle
a full migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace for 8 employees. This role is focused on secure, accurate data and email migration with minimal disruption to
daily operations.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:

• Migrating:

Email (Outlook to Gmail)
Files and folders (OneDrive / SharePoint ? Google Drive)
Calendars and contacts

• Configuring:
Google Workspace domains and user accounts
Permissions and sharing settings

• Ensuring:
Data integrity and completeness
Minimal downtime
Proper testing and validation post-migration

• Providing post-migration support and documentation

Requirements
• Certified Google Workspace Administrator OR Significant proven experience with Microsoft 365 ? Google Workspace migrations

• Deep understanding of:
Exchange / Outlook email systems
Google Workspace Admin Console

• Experience handling migrations for professional or corporate environments

• Strong attention to detail and data security

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to provide a clear migration plan and timeline
