Slack Developer

Overview
We are a US Law Firm looking for an experienced Slack Developer / Slack Systems Specialist to design, configure, and optimize our Slack workspace. This project focuses on building a clean, scalable Slack structure that supports client communication, internal departments, and firm-wide operations.

Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
• Setting up Slack channels based on our provided:
Client list
Channel naming conventions
• Creating and organizing:
Client-specific channels
Department channels (legal, intake, marketing, admin, etc.)
Operations & leadership channels
• Managing and configuring:
Slack integrations with Google Workspace
Slack integrations with ClickUp
• Setting up automation, permissions, and workflows where appropriate
• Advising on long-term Slack scalability and governance

Requirements
• Slack Certified Admin/Developer or extensive experience
• Strong understanding of:
Slack workspace architecture
Channel governance & permissions
Slack workflows and automations
• Experience integrating Slack with:
Google Workspace
ClickUp
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices
