About Us:
We're a fast-growing sales and marketing education company scaling to $100M. We work with content creators who generate leads through Instagram, and our closers convert them into high-ticket sales. We need someone to keep our operations running smoothly.
The Role:
You'll be the backbone of our daily operations — making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is NOT a creative role. This is for someone who loves checklists, clean data, and making sure everyone does their job.
Daily Responsibilities:
Monitor GHL pipelines and flag stuck deals
Chase closers for missing call outcomes and purchase orders
Verify payments match call outcomes
Keep contact records clean (tags, stages, follow-ups)
Track new hire onboarding progress
Daily/weekly reporting on team task completion
Escalate issues before they become problems
You're Perfect If You:
Have 1+ years experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM)
Are obsessively detail-oriented
Take ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
Can spot when something doesn't look right
Communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
Are available to start right away
Bonus Points:
Experience in high-ticket sales environment
Familiar with Slack, Loom, Supabase
Basic understanding of workflows/automations
