Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Government Contract Specialist who can research U.S. government contracting opportunities, identify subcontractors, and assist with real estate wholesaling operations. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You must be resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify government contract opportunities (federal, state, and local).
Locate, screen, and evaluate potential subcontractors for partnership opportunities.
Learn and perform tasks related to real estate wholesaling and investment processes.
Conduct data entry, document management, and due diligence tasks.
Prepare professional reports, summaries, and documentation efficiently.
Support business development activities as assigned.
Perform additional research or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required if experience is proven).
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Strong research and analysis skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
Knowledge of government contracts, procurement, or real estate wholesaling is a plus.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
$450/month (non-negotiable).
35 hours per week.
