We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer to craft high-quality, optimized content that improves search visibility and drives organic traffic. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO best practices, can write compelling service and location-based content, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Write SEO-optimized content for service pages, location pages, blogs, and landing pages across multiple client websites.
-Conduct keyword research and integrate target keywords naturally within content.
-Collaborate with the SEO and web teams to align content with technical and on-page SEO strategies.
-Ensure all written content is clear, grammatically correct, well-structured, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
-Optimize existing content by rewriting or updating copy to improve rankings and readability.
-Deliver content within established deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
-Conduct competitor content analysis and provide recommendations for improving content strategies.
-Create content that adheres to E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a content writer with a strong portfolio of SEO-focused writing.
-Deep understanding of on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and content structure.
-Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, style, and tone.
-Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
-Ability to adapt writing style based on target audience and industry.
-Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
-Comfortable working with briefs, templates, and content guidelines.
-Able to receive and implement feedback quickly and constructively.
-Willingness to write for home service-related industries.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

-Experience writing for U.S.-based service or local business websites.
-Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
-Experience working in an agency or freelance setting with multiple clients.
-Ability to write persuasive calls to action and conversion-focused copy.
-Background in journalism, communications, or digital marketing.

Work Schedule:

-Full-time position (remote).
-Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST
-Willing to use time-tracking tools
