Video Editor / Motion Designer

(Forex / Crypto / Investment Ads)

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience editing performance-driven video ads (Facebook, Instagram, Native, YouTube Shorts)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to create high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
• Experience with financial advertising (Forex, Crypto, Investments)
• Ability to visualize charts, trading results, market movements
• Skilled in adding dynamic captions, animations, callouts, and CTAs
• Understanding of ad compliance restrictions in the financial niche
• Ability to create UGC-style ads, testimonials, explainer videos
• Fast turnaround and ability to work with A/B testing concepts
• Strong sense of hook creation in the first 3 seconds
• Experience optimizing videos for CTR, Watch Time, and Conversion Rate

Nice to Have
• Experience with Native Ads creatives
• Basic understanding of trading platforms and financial terminology
• Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., auto-captioning, avatars)
• Knowledge of multiple GEO requirements (UK, EU, AU)
