We are a growing e-commerce email marketing agency seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term, project-based role with consistent work for the right candidate. You will be responsible for creating and managing complete email automation systems for Shopify and WooCommerce stores, helping our clients increase revenue, customer retention, and engagement.
In this role, you will build and maintain email flows including welcome sequences, abandoned checkout and cart flows, browse abandonment flows, post-purchase flows, order confirmation and shipping notification flows, and customer winback or re-engagement flows. You will write or refine conversion-focused email copy, implement email designs using existing templates, and segment audiences based on customer behavior and engagement. For mid- and high-tier client projects, you will also handle email deliverability and authentication setup, including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, to ensure emails are properly configured for optimal inbox placement.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a strong understanding of e-commerce email marketing. Experience working with Shopify or WooCommerce is required. Strong written English skills are essential. Previous agency experience is a plus but not required. Attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs, and clear communication are critical for success in this role.
Compensation is based on experience and project scope, with opportunities for ongoing monthly work. This position is intended for a long-term collaboration with a reliable and motivated candidate.
