JOB OVERVIEW

At Acquisition Ascension, our clients stay because they feel supported, heard, and guided.

We’re hiring a Client Support VA to help manage the day-to-day client experience after onboarding. This role is focused on customer support and communication, with regular check-in calls to make sure clients understand next steps and stay on track.

This is not a sales role.
It’s a support-first, client-facing position for someone who is patient, organized, and reliable.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Run scheduled client check-in calls using provided call outlines
Answer client questions and provide clarity on next steps
Track client notes, updates, and follow-ups
Keep records updated in CRM or tracking tools
Follow up with clients on action items
Flag issues internally when clients need additional support

What You’ll Get:
Clear scripts, check-in templates, and SOPs
Stable workload with predictable responsibilities
Long-term opportunity with a growing team
A trusted role where consistency matters

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
Speak fluent, professional English
Are comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom or phone
Have experience in customer support, client support, or VA roles
Are organized, patient, and good with follow-ups
Stay calm and professional when clients have questions
Enjoy helping people feel supported and informed

How to Apply:
Send a short Loom video (1–2 minutes) explaining:

Your background in customer or client support
Your experience handling calls or client communication
Why this type of support role fits you

We’re hiring one Client Support VA for this position.
If you like helping clients, keeping things organized, and being a steady point of contact — apply now.
