About Core Properties TX ----------
Core Properties TX is a Houston-based real estate company specializing in residential and investment properties across Texas. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Remote Recruiter to help identify, contact, and qualify licensed Realtors to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Cold call and reach out to licensed Realtors using company-provided leads
Introduce Core Properties TX and clearly explain our value proposition
Screen and qualify Realtors based on experience, goals, and motivation
Schedule introductory and interview calls with management
Follow provided call scripts and confidently handle basic objections
Maintain accurate recruiter notes and updates in the CRM
Follow up with Realtors 7 business days after the initial introduction call
Achieve weekly KPI targets (calls made, conversations, interviews booked)

Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales-style work
Experience in recruiting, sales, telemarketing, or real estate is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Organized, consistent with follow-ups, and results-driven
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset
Preferred age: Under 40

Compensation
Base salary: $300/month
Commission: $200 per Realtor successfully onboarded
Clear KPI structure and transparent commission payouts
High earning potential for strong performers
