Read carefully. This is not a VA role.
We are building and scaling AI-driven sales and automation systems using GoHighLevel.
We already have snapshots, live numbers, and active subaccounts.
We are looking for a GHL backend operator who can take existing setups and make them operationally safe, reliable, and easy for juniors to run.
If you need training on GHL basics, this role is not for you.
What you will actually do
This is not a “build from scratch” role.
Your work will include:
QA and hardening existing GHL snapshots
Reviewing triggers, workflows, pipelines, and conditions
Implementing bulletproof STOP / opt-out logic
Preventing duplicate firing, loops, and edge-case failures
Verifying phone numbers, domains, calendars, and sending paths
Recording short Loom walkthroughs so juniors can operate safely
You will not be spoon-fed instructions.
You are expected to identify risks and fix them.
Trial-first engagement (non-negotiable)
Before any ongoing work:
You will be given admin access to a live internal subaccount
The snapshot is already imported
The phone number is active
First trial task (paid)
Get the existing snapshot fully working and production-ready.
This means:
The automation fires correctly
STOP / opt-out logic is confirmed and safe
No duplicate triggers, loops, or obvious failure points
Deliverables:
A 5–10 minute Loom explaining:
what you checked
what you fixed or adjusted
what could break later and why
No new builds. No theory. Execution only.
If there is no visible progress or Loom within 24 hours, the trial ends.
Required experience (do not apply if you lack these)
You must:
Have real production experience with GoHighLevel
Understand SMS compliance, STOP logic, suppression, and re-entry prevention
Be able to QA systems without hand-holding
Communicate clearly and proactively
Be comfortable with UK / EU compliance standards
Be available to overlap with UK mornings
How we work
Fixed price per build or clearly scoped deliverables
Hourly only for defined training sessions
Clear expectations
Fast decisions
No micromanagement
Good operators stay long-term.
Time-wasters are removed quickly.
How to apply (important)
To apply, you must include:
A short description of how you prevent STOP / opt-out failures in GHL
The first three things you check before a system goes live
Confirmation you are happy with a paid trial and Loom walkthroughs
Generic applications will be ignored.
Final note
If you are the kind of person who:
needs chasing
misses start times
gives excuses instead of updates
Do not apply.
If you are an operator who executes fast and explains clearly — we want you.
