Outbound sales / Virtual Assistant

Overview

We are a new marketing company building proprietary technology and are seeking a highly capable Phone Sales Specialist / Virtual Assistant. This role will begin with research, software platform testing, proposal creation, and virtual assistant support, and will transition into a Sales Account Manager position as the company and sales operations scale. Essentially it is a broad assistant role which will later turn into outbound sales / account management.

Availability Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be fully available during Canada business hours
- Must be comfortable with phone and video conferencing with potential clients

Key Responsibilities (Initial Phase)
- Market and prospect research
- Lead research and data organization
- Proposal creation and customization
- CRM updates and internal documentation
- Quality testing of web platform
- General virtual assistant and administrative support

Transitioned Responsibilities (Sales Account Manager)
- Phone-based sales and client consultations
- Managing inbound and outbound sales conversations

Client relationship management
- Proposal presentation and follow-up
- Account onboarding and ongoing communication

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong phone and video conference presence and professional communication skills
- Experience with research, proposals, or sales support
- Comfortable working with startups and evolving processes
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional video-call setup

Preferred (Not Required)

- Phone sales or account management experience
- Marketing, SaaS, or agency background
- CRM and proposal software experience
