I am the founder of Intake OS, a Melbourne-based systems agency (GMT+11). We are building a high-performance operating system on GoHighLevel to solve the "Interaction Leak" for Allied Health clinics (Physio, OT, and NDIS).
I am not looking for a temporary freelancer. I am looking for a Long-Term Technical Lead who wants to grow with the company. You will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, and optimization of our proprietary "Intake OS" engine.
The "Intake OS" Technical Scope:
Your mission is to build a "Digital Receptionist" that functions with total precision. The system must execute the following core pillars:
Instant Response (The 30-Second Rule): You will architect "Speed-to-Lead" workflows so that the
Smart Qualification: The system must go beyond basic auto-replies. Using advanced conditional logic and AI, it must ask critical intake questions: What is your NDIS plan type? What is your location? What specific services are you looking for?
Live Booking & Document Handoff: Once a lead is qualified, the system must automatically deliver the booking link or trigger the delivery of a Service Agreement for an instant digital signature.
Master Snapshot Management: You will maintain a "Clean Master Snapshot" using Custom Values and Custom Fields so we can deploy the OS for new clinics in Melbourne with 100?curacy and zero downtime.
Long-Term Incentives & Growth:
Premium Daylight Shift: We work on Melbourne time (GMT+11). You will have a stable, daytime schedule—no graveyard shifts.
Founding Technical Role: You aren't just a VA; you are the lead architect of a recurring revenue product. You will have autonomy over technical decisions and system logic.
Performance Milestone Rewards: We believe in rewarding excellence. We provide significant performance-based bonuses for successful system builds, high client retention, and technical innovations.
Career Security: We are looking for a teammate to stay for years. We offer a path to leadership as the agency grows, including traditional 13th-month pay and long-term stability.
