Experienced Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Kajabi & Automations)

Part-Time | Long-Term | Remote | NOT Entry-Level

I am a U.S.-based dance and mindset coach looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support my social media, online community, and backend systems. This role is not for beginners and is not a training position. You must already have hands-on experience managing online business operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Proven experience supporting an online business or coach
*Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
*Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
*Strong communication and follow-through

Required Platform Experience
You must already be comfortable using:
*Kajabi (community posts, emails, course uploads)
*Canva (intermediate graphic design skills required)
*Instagram & Facebook (comments, DMs, engagement tracking)
*Google Docs / Google Sheets
*Zapier
Big Plus (Not Required, But Preferred)
*ManyChat (intermediate–advanced) — automation setup experience, not beginner level

Core Responsibilities
Daily Social Media Tasks (Monday-Friday)
*Respond to Instagram and >>Facebook comments
*Follow provided DM and Messenger scripts to nurture leads
*Track users who comment using trigger words
*Engage with relevant accounts (likes/comments) to support growth

Kajabi Community & Admin Tasks
*Post monthly calendar of calls and events
*Create and post monthly birthday graphics
*Schedule reminder emails and send replay emails
*Comment and engage inside the Kajabi community
*Create welcome posts for new members
*Upload videos into courses
*Write and send a newsletter twice per month
*Create approximately 3 Instagram Stories per week
*Provide a daily report of any personal follow-ups needed
*Build and maintain a searchable spreadsheet of all past trainings

Client Retention
*Manually reach out to previous clients once per month for check-ins and relationship nurturing

Bonus Task (For Experienced ManyChat Users)
*Set up two trigger-word automations using a purchased high-level template
*Complete the training and implement all steps accurately

Position Details
-Part-time (approx. 10–15 hours/week to start)
-Long-term role for the right person
-Clear systems, scripts, and expectations provided
