Professional Short Form Video Editor

About Us

Zinco Media is a creative content agency working with personal brands, founders, and online businesses. We specialise in high-quality short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). We are praised mostly for our professional editing services, and QUICK turnaround time.

We are expanding our team and are looking for one full-time professional video editor to join us long-term.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS

We are not looking for:

• Entry-level editors
• People “learning” video editing
• People who need constant step-by-step guidance
You must already be an experienced editor and confident in your ability to replicate a specific editing style.

REQUIRED EDITING STYLE (VERY IMPORTANT)
We work with one specific short-form editing style.

If you don't think you can confidentially replicate this style after an adjustment period, unfortunately this job isn't for you.

Paid Training (4–6 Weeks)
We offer paid training for the first 4–6 weeks.

During training, you will:

• Be trained intensively on one specific editing style
• Work closely with our internal team
• Be prepared to take over editing for one of our clients once the style is fully mastered

Training is fully paid, and

There is potential for a cash bonus at the end of the training period, based on performance, turnaround time and output quality.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You MUST:

• Be a professional video editor with proven experience
• Be quick to learn
• Have strong skills in short-form editing (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Be able to accurately replicate a specific editing style
• Be available FULL-TIME (8–9 hours per day)
• Be available long-term (this is not freelance or temporary work)
• Have excellent communication skills
• Reply quickly during working hours
• Be comfortable working closely with a team
• Speak and understand English well
(You must understand instructions, feedback, and be able to communicate clearly)

Software & Tools
