JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Appointment Setter with a strong background in outbound calling and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and can maintain high productivity throughout the day.
ReadyMode dialer experience is required.
Experience with Lead Perfection, Go High Level (GHL), BPO environments, or freelancer service platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls using ReadyMode


Set a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per day


Respond quickly to inbound and hot leads


Follow provided scripts while maintaining a confident, professional tone


Take detailed notes and accurately update CRM records


Handle rehash, canceled, and no-show leads


Work closely with the Marketing Manager to meet daily and weekly KPIs


Maintain consistent productivity and call quality throughout each shift



Performance Expectations
Minimum of 2 appointments per day


High performers earn more — your results directly impact your income

Work Schedule & Availability
40–45 hours per week


5 days per week on Pacific Standard Time (PST)


Remote role, but expectations mirror an in-office position


Full 8-hour shifts required


Two random days off per week


Maintain real-time visibility, active engagement, and consistent responsiveness throughout the day


These monitoring requirements are mandatory for all VAs.

Requirements
ReadyMode dialer experience (mandatory)


Minimum 2 years of experience with:


Roofing, solar, HVAC, construction, or home improvement companies


Previous experience in:


Appointment setting


Outbound sales


Call center or BPO environments


Experience with Lead Perfection, Go High Level (GHL), BPO companies, or freelancer service roles is a strong plus


Strong communication and customer service skills


Professional phone presence


Reliable, high-speed internet with no interruptions


Organized, punctual, focused, and goal-driven


Must be available and ready to work every scheduled shift



Compensation
Base pay starting at $4/hour


$5 per booked demo


$20 per closed sale


Performance-based bonuses available



Start Date
Immediate availability preferred.
