Business Development Specialist & Cold Calling Expert
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with proven expertise in cold calling and sales pipeline development. This role requires a strategic professional who excels at identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting prospects into clients through consultative selling approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Design and implement comprehensive sales funnels to generate qualified leads
Build and maintain robust sales pipelines that drive consistent revenue growth
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to connect with key decision-makers
Qualify prospects by conducting thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points and bottlenecks
Develop tailored solutions that directly address client challenges and business needs
CRM & Sales Operations
Optimize and manage GoHighLevel CRM system to maximize efficiency and tracking
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
Leverage CRM analytics to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
Sales Execution
Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close
Present customized solutions that demonstrate clear value and ROI
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in cold calling and business development
Demonstrated experience building sales funnels and managing pipelines
Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM platform
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to identify and solve client problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills
