We’re hiring a full-time short-form video editor to work with one of our clients who runs multiple online brands.

This is a long-term, stable role for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, and understands how to create scroll-stopping short-form content.

Role Details

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Rate: $3/hour (Starting: For 3 months probation)

Long-term position (not project-based)

Daily output: 5–7 short-form videos

What You’ll Be Doing

Editing raw clips into engaging short-form videos

Creating strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds

Adding burned-in captions

Tight pacing (no dead air)

Editing for mobile-first viewing

Replicating proven short-form styles

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form content

Comfortable producing content at volume (5–7/day)

Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and captions

Able to follow instructions closely

Reliable internet and availability during US hours

Tools

You should be comfortable using tools such as:

CapCut

Adobe Premiere Pro

Final Cut Pro

Canva (supporting)

Important

This role includes a short editing test before hiring
