HR & Recruitment Specialist (Remote – PH Only)

We’re hiring a hands-on HR & Recruitment Specialist to fully own PH hiring operations for Customer Support & Ops roles.

This is an execution role, not theory.

What You’ll Do
• Source, screen & interview CS / VA candidates
• Manage hiring, vetting, onboarding & offboarding
• Coordinate hiring decisions with management
• Handle basic HR admin & employee records
• Be the main HR contact for PH staff

Requirements
• Based in the Philippines
• Proven experience in recruitment / HR ops
• Strong experience hiring CS or VA roles
• Familiar with OnlineJobs.ph, Indeed, FB hiring groups
• Fast, organized, independent
• Good English (written & spoken)
