This is a key growth service for our clinic, and we will be running targeted paid ad campaigns specifically for:
• Athletes
• Active adults
• Individuals experiencing ongoing pain or mobility limitations who want results without surgery or medications

Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), while also producing or guiding compelling ad creatives that align with our brand voice and values.
We will provide landing pages, offers, and campaign direction. You will ensure ads are profitable, conversions are tracked correctly, and winning campaigns are scaled.
This is a performance-focused role, not just posting ads.


Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising:
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
o Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor and report on key metrics:
o Cost per lead
o Cost per conversion
o ROAS
o CAC
• Set up and manage:
o Meta Ads Manager
o Pixel tracking
o Conversion events
o Custom audiences and retargeting
• A/B test:
o Ad creatives
o Copy
o Audiences
o Funnel and landing strategies
• Manage ad budgets and scale winning campaigns
• Maintain clean documentation and reporting

Funnel & Conversion Optimization:
• Manage and optimize funnels including:
o Lead magnets
o Appointment booking funnels
o Retargeting and follow-up campaigns
• Ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking
• Collaborate on improving conversion rates and follow-up flows

Content Creation for Ads:
• Create and/or guide ad creatives:
o Static graphics
o Short-form video
o UGC-style content
• Develop short-form content for paid ads and social platforms
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with our brand voice, education-first messaging, and values
• Collaborate on content ideas that educate and convert

Required Experience & Skills:
Must-Have
• 7+ years of experience running Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ads
• Proven experience managing lead-generation funnels
• Strong understanding of:
o Meta Ads Manager
o Funnel strategy
o Conversion tracking
o Retargeting
• Experience working with service-based, health, wellness, or coaching businesses
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)
• Experience in healthcare, functional medicine, or wellness industries
• Familiarity with:
o Appointment booking funnels
o CRM or email follow-up systems
• Basic video editing or creative direction experience
Work Details
• Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week)
• Potential to grow into more hours based on performance
