We are a U.S.-based real estate company looking for a calm, confident cold caller to speak with homeowners in the United States.
This is not appointment setting and not high-pressure sales.
Your role is to have respectful conversations, gather information, and flag opportunities for our team.
If you enjoy real conversations, can handle rejection calmly, and want a long-term role with growth, this is a strong fit.

Responsibilities:
• Cold call U.S. homeowners from provided lists
• Confirm ownership and interest level
• Ask simple, respectful questions
• Take clear notes in our CRM
• Flag warm conversations for handoff
• Light follow-up texting (training provided)
You are not required to close deals.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours
• Prior cold calling or outbound phone experience
(real estate, insurance, solar, collections, or similar)
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable internet and quiet calling environment

What This Is NOT:
• Not script reading
• Not appointment-setting only
• Not high-pressure selling
• Not a short-term gig

Schedule & Pay:
• Starting at 4 hours per day
• Opportunity to increase hours with performance
• $4.50–$5.00 USD per hour (base)
• Performance bonuses available
• $50 when a seller signs
• $150 when a deal closes
This is a long-term role for the right person.
