About the Role
Seller Fuel (dba Toy Launch) is hiring a Video and Podcast Editor to support our content ecosystem across podcasts, YouTube, social media, and internal training.
You will be responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes, repurposing content into short-form videos, and ensuring all content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through video, understands pacing and attention hooks, and knows how to turn raw recordings into content people actually watch.

What You’ll Do
Daily Workflow (approximately 8 hours per day)
- Podcast Editing and Production (approximately 3 hours per day)
- Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio and video) for clarity, pacing, and quality
- Remove filler words, long pauses, and distractions while keeping conversations natural
- Sync audio and video, add intros and outros, and export platform-ready files
Short-Form Video Creation (approximately 2 hours per day)
- Repurpose long-form content into short videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Identify strong hooks, highlights, and soundbites
- Add captions and basic motion elements for clarity and engagement
Visual Enhancements and Branding (approximately 1.5 hours per day)
- Apply brand styles including captions, lower thirds, and overlays
- Maintain consistent formatting across all content
- Ensure visuals align with Toy Launch and LakiKid brand guidelines
Workflow and Asset Management (approximately 1.5 hours per day)
- Organize raw footage, edited files, and final exports
- Upload completed assets to shared drives and project management tools
- Collaborate with marketing, podcast, and leadership teams to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in video and or podcast editing
- Experience editing long-form podcasts and short-form social media videos
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, and audience retention
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Able to follow SOPs, brand guidelines, and feedback precisely
- Comfortable working with founders, hosts, and internal teams
- Able to work with overlap during US business hours (PST required)
Technical Requirements
- PC or Mac with at least 16GB RAM
- SSD storage recommended for editing
- Dual monitor setup
- Stable internet connection with minimum 100 MBPS
- Headphones suitable for audio editing
