Senior Amazon Seller Central Manager – Full Time
This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home position for an experienced Amazon Seller Central professional. This position must be your only full-time job.
About the Role
Tiffand is seeking a Senior Amazon Seller Central Manager to help manage and grow our Amazon business. This is a hands-on position for someone with deep, practical experience working inside Amazon Seller Central, particularly within the United States marketplace.
The right person will take ownership of day-to-day Seller Central operations, identify opportunities and problems without waiting to be told, and follow issues through to resolution. We need someone who is equally comfortable working with flat files, troubleshooting catalog problems, analyzing performance, managing inventory, and coordinating listing improvements.
This is not an entry-level Amazon VA, customer service, PPC-only, or freelance position. You must have substantial hands-on experience managing Seller Central operations and independently resolving problems.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings
Make catalog updates using category-specific flat files and bulk-upload templates
Troubleshoot listing, variation, contribution, attribute, and catalog issues
Open and manage Seller Support cases through resolution
Work within Amazon Brand Registry
Monitor Account Health and help resolve policy or compliance issues
Investigate and resolve hazmat classification and restricted-product issues
Prepare FBA shipments and provide shipping labels and documentation to suppliers
Monitor inventory and help determine replenishment and reorder needs
Record incoming inventory and purchase order information in our systems
Identify and resolve stranded, suppressed, and inactive inventory
Create SKUs according to established company naming conventions
Monitor pricing and manage repricing
Review reimbursement opportunities and manage reimbursement cases
Analyze Amazon business reports and translate findings into specific actions
Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, sales, and profitability
Verify that requested listing and catalog changes are implemented correctly
Maintain accurate documentation and project information in Google Drive
Brand and Listing Development
Conduct listing audits and competitive research
Research customer reviews and voice-of-customer information
Recommend improvements to titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend content
Coordinate with our graphic designer on product images, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and other creative assets
Create or help create A+ Content, Brand Stories, comparison charts, and image alt text
Assist with advertising analysis and coordinate with advertising specialists when necessary
Monitor listing performance after changes are made
Additional Responsibilities
Amazon will be the primary focus of this position. Additional responsibilities may occasionally include:
Basic eBay order and listing management
Basic Walmart order and listing management
Recording business expenses and maintaining operational records
Working within Google Workspace
Project management and other administrative tasks directly related to marketplace operations
Required Qualifications
At least three years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
Extensive experience managing Amazon accounts in the United States marketplace
Strong knowledge of Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, and upload-processing reports
Experience creating and modifying listings, variations, and catalog attributes
Experience preparing FBA shipments and managing inventory
Experience working with Seller Support and resolving complicated account or catalog issues
Working knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry
Good understanding of Amazon policies and the ability to keep up with policy changes
Strong analytical skills and experience using Amazon business reports
Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive
Excellent written and spoken English, including professional grammar
Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify completed work
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and operate with limited supervision
A reliable computer, internet connection, and professional home-working environment
Experience with PPC, Account Health, reimbursements, eBay, or Walmart is helpful, but deep Seller Central operational experience is the priority.
The Person We Are Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:
Take ownership of problems and follow them through to completion
Investigate why something happened instead of applying only a temporary fix
Know when to use a flat file instead of making changes manually
Can interpret Amazon reports and recommend specific improvements
Communicate clearly when you encounter a problem, need a decision, or complete a project
Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team
Treat the Amazon account and the brands we represent with care and accountability
Want a stable, long-term position with the opportunity to grow
Schedule and Employment Expectations
This position requires eight working hours per day and consistent overlap with our U.S.-based team.
Your established schedule must fall within our operating window of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time. Candidates must be comfortable working an evening or overnight schedule in the Philippines. The specific eight-hour schedule will be established before hiring.
This position must be your only full-time job. All ongoing employment, freelance clients, businesses, or recurring work commitments must be disclosed before hiring. Undisclosed simultaneous full-time employment or job stacking is not permitted and may result in immediate termination.
Compensation and Growth
Competitive monthly salary based on experience and demonstrated ability
Performance-based bonuses
Stable, long-term employment
Career growth and increasing responsibility
Supportive and collaborative remote-working environment
We have a proven history of building long-term relationships with strong tea
