Virtual Assistant – Commercial Cleaning Lead Generation & Outreach

I am looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to help my commercial cleaning business generate new customers.

Responsibilities include researching commercial businesses (offices, schools, medical offices, churches, property managers), contacting them via email and phone to see if they are in need of janitorial services, and scheduling walkthroughs when there is interest.

The VA will also track businesses that are not currently in need of service, send follow-up emails, and maintain an organized lead tracker.

This role requires good communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and comfort with outreach and follow-up. Scripts and guidance will be provided.
