We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Social Media Coordinator to support the execution and performance tracking of our social channels. This role focuses on publishing content from an established content calendar, maintaining consistent story activity, highlighting key brand moments, and reporting on performance through clear, actionable monthly insights.
This is a great role for someone who loves structure, understands social media best practices, and can balance creative execution with analytics.
Responsibilities
- Content Publishing & Management
- Publish approved content according to the content calendar across designated social media platforms
- Ensure posts go live on the correct days and times
- Write or adapt captions as needed while maintaining brand voice or add polls, stickers, links for engagement on stories
- Tag partners, collaborators, and relevant accounts appropriately
Stories & Highlights
- Share feed content to Stories on posting days
- Create supporting Story content (reposts, reminders, light engagement stickers)
- Organize and maintain Story Highlights to reflect current campaigns, products, or brand pillars
Organization & Quality Control
- Ensure all posts are formatted correctly (copy, hashtags, tags, links)
- Maintain a clean and organized content workflow
- Flag any inconsistencies or errors before content goes live
Reporting & Insights
- Create monthly social media reports that include:
- Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Follower growth
- Top-performing posts and Stories
- Key takeaways and patterns
- Provide light insights and recommendations based on performance (what’s working, what to test next)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience managing or supporting social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working from a content calendar and brand guidelines
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Insights)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with design-forward or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with B2C or premium consumer brands
- Ability to suggest small optimizations based on performance data
