Entry-Level Sales Rep

Looking to hire a team of entry level sales agents to our sales team. No sales experience necessary but you need to know how to speak well on the phone and be consistent! This is for a B2B North American contract and is a full-time PERMENANT position. You will be calling businesses, building relationships, qualifying leads, and handing off opportunities to the closing team.

This is a home-based position. Candidates must have a quiet workspace, personal computer, stable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download/upload), and a noise-cancelling headset.

Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume ( ---------- ) outbound calls (cold and warm outreach) to qualify decision makers
• Pre-qualify opportunities and set up next steps for the closing team
• Follow up with leads consistently via phone, email, fax
• Send marketing materials and maintain professional communication with prospects
• Maintain accurate notes, call logs, and pipeline updates in the CRM
• Perform other tasks as required by management

Qualifications
• University/college degree required
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, comprehension)
• Confident phone presence with professional etiquette
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to hit activity and performance targets
• Comfortable using computers daily

Compensation
Base salary range is between 20,000 to 23,000 PHP per month (dependent on experience) + generous incentive program. Incentives are targeted at 10,000 PHP extra per month when agents hit minimum criteria, plus additional bonus for order size. Base pay is paid out bi-weekly, whereas bonuses are paid out monthly.
