Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the sales and revenue teams. This role owns the systems, processes, reporting, and workflows that enable sales to operate efficiently and scale effectively. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable operating across sales, data, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support in maintaining all sales documents
Support optimization of sales processes across the full funnel, from lead intake to close and renewal
Manage and maintain CRM systems (Streak & Hubspot), pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting
Partner with sales leadership to identify new leads
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions, automation, and documentation
Act as the point person for sales tools, data accuracy, and process compliance
Qualifications
3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
Deep experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into action
Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working cross functionally
Hubspot experience preferred
Experience with Streak (In-Gmail CRM) a significant plus.
