About the Position
I’m hiring a dedicated Telemarketing VA to help follow up on auto and home insurance leads. You’ll be calling prospects I’ve already spoken with, as well as new leads that have not yet been contacted. Your role is to gather information, warm up the prospect, and schedule follow-up calls with me.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right person.
Primary Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm and cold insurance leads (auto & home)
Follow up on quotes already sent and gather missing details
Confirm interest level, decision timelines, and next steps
Identify simple bundling opportunities (auto + home)
Update all call notes and lead statuses inside Agency MVP
Send text/email follow-ups through the CRM when needed
Transfer ready-to-bind or hot leads directly to me
Maintain a steady follow-up cadence each day
Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a clear and friendly voice
Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales
Comfortable making outbound calls for several hours
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural
Insurance background is a plus but not required

VoIP calling system (provided)
SMS/email follow-up tools inside the CRM
Work Schedule
You must be available during U.S. Central Time (CST) working hours.
Exact schedule is flexible and can be discussed.
Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time based on performance.
