Dating VA

I am looking for a socially intuitive Dating Virtual Assistant to manage and operate my dating profiles across multiple platforms.

In this role, you’ll be speaking to “leads” on my behalf, building rapport, and guiding conversations naturally toward moving off the app and into my personal communication channels. The goal is simple: make every interaction feel real, warm, and compelling—until the lead is ready to take the conversation further. This role is ideal for someone with a vibrant personality, a strong grasp of modern dating culture, and the emotional intelligence to read people and adapt in real time.

The work hours are flexible, but you must be available for occasional sync-ups with me (I'm based in the US).

Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate the client’s dating profiles on various platforms and apps
• Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with leads on the client’s behalf
• Learn and replicate the client’s communication style using ChatGPT as a support tool
• Craft authentic, natural-sounding messages that reflect the client’s personality
• Build rapport and guide conversations toward moving off the app and into personal channels
• Track conversations, progress, and outcomes in an organized manner
• Follow platform rules and best practices to avoid flags, bans, or restrictions
• Coordinate with the client during occasional sync meetings to refine tone, strategy, and approach
• Continuously improve messaging based on feedback, results, and patterns observed

Qualifications:
• Proven experience using dating platforms and apps (e.g., Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.)
• Must have a vibrant, engaging personality and strong written communication skills
• Must be comfortable carrying natural, charming, and emotionally intelligent conversations
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and workflows
• Familiarity with VPN usage is preferred
• Experience working with matchmaking services or similar roles is a strong advantage
• Able to adapt to different personalities and conversational styles
• High emotional intelligence and strong attention to nuance and tone
• Organized, discreet, and professional when handling sensitive conversations
• Must be willing to work part-time (15 hours/week)

Note: Because this role involves speaking on behalf of a straight male person in a romantic and dating context, I am seeking someone who can intuitively and authentically reflect a straight male perspective in conversation.
