Marketing & Social Media Assistant for Outdoor Beach Gym in Belize

(Part-Time Trial – Potential for Long-Term Role)

Are you creative, self-motivated, and passionate about marketing? I’m looking for someone to kickstart the marketing and social presence for my unique outdoor beach gym in Belize. This is a startup environment — meaning you’ll wear many hats and help bring this brand to life from the ground up.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Research & pitch advertising opportunities (e.g., airport ads, tourism websites, Tinder ads, etc.)
Report back on cost, reach, and your opinion on whether the ad is worth doing
Manage and grow our social media presence (IG, FB, etc.)
Edit short video content (reels, promos) to make it clean, engaging, and branded
Suggest creative content ideas for me to record, then edit and post it
Help improve and update our gym website
Use AI tools to generate realistic visuals and promo images (no cartoons)
Help create a clear brand image & vibe for our gym

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Amazing If You Have):

Graphic design
Experience in gym, fitness, or travel marketing
Admin skills like organizing files, basic budgeting, or email communication
Familiar with working with iPhone users & shared photo folders

Tools You Should Know:

CapCut, Canva, or similar for video editing
AI image tools
Social media platforms
Google Drive, Trello, or Notion for organization
Wordpress web editors

About the Role:

Trial Period: 2 weeks to test how we work together
Hours: Flexible (est. 4 hours/week to start)
Pay: $4.50 to start
Work Style: You must be independent, organized, and take initiative
Timezone: Prefer someone who can overlap a few hours with Belize time
