Job Overview
We are a U.S.-based insurance agency seeking an experienced Insurance Quoting Specialist to support our personal lines quoting operations. This role is focused on accurate, high-volume insurance quoting using agency management systems and carrier portals.

This position is best suited for someone with direct U.S. insurance agency experience who can work independently, follow workflows, and deliver consistent, error-free quotes.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate accurate personal lines insurance quotes (Home, Auto, Valuable Articles, Umbrella)
• Use PL Rater and multiple carrier portals to prepare quotes
• Review applications and submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and manage data in agency management system & Agency Zoom
• Follow documented workflows and quoting procedures
• Communicate with internal team via Microsoft Teams
• Meet daily productivity and turnaround expectations

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with U.S. insurance quoting
