You’ll be the first point of contact, managing calls, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our agents can focus on what they do best. What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from clients (professional, friendly communication)
- Handle basic client requests (policy questions, updates, documents)
- Manage client information in our systems (AgencyZoom, QQ Catalyst, Outlook)
- Support the service team with follow-ups and admin tasks
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable internet + backup plan
- Quiet work environment with headset
- Ability to work US business hours (EST)
- Previous insurance/CSR experience is a plus, but training is provided
Tools We Use:
- Lightspeed Voice (phones)
- AgencyZoom (CRM)
- QQ Catalyst (management system)
- Outlook & Microsoft Office
Benefits:
- Weekly pay, always on time (every Friday)
- Starting salary: $150–$200 USD per week, depending on experience
- Salary review after 90 days
- Paid US holidays
