JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing, founder-led organization seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to lead our sales systems.

This is not an entry-level role - we need a proven professional who can take full charge of our sales tools and processes with minimal hand-holding.

The Role
Your mission is to manage and perfect our sales engine. You will ensure our sales funnel is seamless, our automations are flawless, and our leadership has 100% visibility into performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
• GoHighLevel Mastery: Full ownership of GHL. Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, triggers, lead routing, and daily reporting dashboards.
• Process Architecture: Design end-to-end sales funnels (lead to handoff), define SOPs, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Performance Tracking: Manage KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting
• Sales Enablement: Onboard reps and maintain documentation to ensure the team follows the system.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven Experience: Significant background in Sales or Revenue Operations
• GHL Expert: Hands-on experience building automations and reporting within GoHighLevel
• Systems Thinker: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, US-based startup environment.
