About the Business

Stop, Drop, N Roll is a women-owned, queer-owned gourmet egg roll and spring roll company inspired by global flavors and Vietnamese heritage. What started as a pop-up food concept has grown into a fast-moving food business doing farmers markets, pop-ups, catering, and retail, with a strong focus on community, culture, and creativity.

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me stay organized and support the administrative, operational, and creative needs of the business.

What You’ll Help With
Administrative & Organization

Managing and organizing email inboxes

Organizing photo libraries from events (Google Drive / cloud-based systems)

Maintaining shared folders, documents, and internal trackers

Filling out paperwork and applications for food pop-ups, markets, festivals, and events

Tracking application deadlines and required documents

Light data entry and form submissions

Business & Operations Support

Updating menus and items in Square

Helping prepare materials for pop-ups, events, and weekly menus

Researching events, vendors, partnerships, and sales opportunities

Assisting with outreach to help increase bookings and revenue

Creative & Social Support

Creating simple graphics in Canva (pop-up menus, weekly menus, event flyers)

Organizing photo and video content to pass off to our social media manager

Light social media posting support when needed (not a full social media role)

What I’m Looking For

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Tech-savvy and comfortable with:

Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Chrome

Cloud-based collaboration tools

Canva

Square (or willing to learn quickly)

Strong written communication skills

Comfortable handling access to multiple platforms professionally and securely

Proactive, resourceful, and able to follow systems and checklists

Bonus if you’ve worked with:

Small businesses or founders

Food brands, pop-ups, or hospitality businesses

Hours & Pay

Part-time, flexible hours
