Real Estate Cold Caller - English Speaking

We are a United States real estate investment company based in California looking for a reliable cold caller to contact homeowners about selling their property. Full training will be provided upon hiring.

Requirements:

1. Please send a short voice recording saying the following:

“Hi John this is (Your Name), I’m calling about the house on 123 Main Street. I'm with a real estate investment company and we are interested in making an offer on the property if it is going to be sold"

APPLICATIONS WITHOUT VOICE RECORDING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

2. FULL TIME position. 8 hours per day, Tuesday–Saturday PST, between 9 AM and 6 PM PST. One hour unpaid break and two 15 min paid breaks.

3. Reliable internet and headset

4. Fluent English

Compensation:

$6-$8/hr (based on experience). PAID EVERY 2 WEEKS.

100/mo bonus if monthly metrics are hit

We also offer up to $500 commission for any generated leads that turn into closed deals.
