Studio Host is a growing interior design and 3D visualization company. We support designers and drafters working on residential and short-term rental projects.
We are hiring a General Assistant to act as a catch-all support role, handling repetitive and time-consuming tasks so our creative team can focus on higher-level work.

???? ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a true assistant role.
You do not need prior experience in:
Interior design
Drafting
CAD
Architecture
We will train you step by step.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
Organized and detail-oriented
Prompt and reliable
Comfortable working night shift PH time
Willing to learn new tools and processes
Looking for a long-term role that can grow into full-time

???? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Tasks will vary and may include:
Completing repetitive tasks assigned by designers or drafters
Organizing files, folders, and documents in Google Drive
Renaming, sorting, and uploading files
Creating and editing simple documents or visuals in Canva
Entering, updating, and organizing project information inside Programa (training provided)
Copying information between documents or systems
Following written instructions and checklists
Helping keep projects organized and moving forward
General admin and support tasks as needed
All tasks will be clearly explained.

???? TOOLS YOU’LL USE
You will regularly work inside:
Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, folders)
Canva (simple layouts and templates)
Programa (our internal project/design management app — training provided)
No prior experience with these tools is required, but you must be willing to learn.

? 30-DAY PAID TRIAL PERIOD
This position will begin with a 30-day paid trial period.
During the trial, we will evaluate:
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Communication and responsiveness
If the trial is successful, the role will continue and hours may increase toward full-time as workload grows.

Strong attention to detail

Able to follow instructions carefully

Good written English
Stable internet connection
Able to work during PH nighttime / US daytime
