Walk us through how you would set up a Google Ads account from scratch for a local service business. What are the first things you do, and what mistakes do you avoid?

How do you d ---------- where budget is being wasted in an existing Google Ads or Facebook Account?

What is your favorite movie and why?

Tell us about a time you inherited a bad ad account. What was wrong, and how did you improve performance? Be specific about changes you made.

How do you structure and optimize Facebook Ads for local lead generation today? What targeting, creatives, and follow-up assumptions do you rely on?

Thanks!
