We’re looking for a paid ads specialist who knows how to actually run and manage accounts — not just talk about strategy.
This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to become full-time as workload grows.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll manage paid ad accounts across multiple local service businesses.
That includes:
Setting up Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads (LSA), and
Building and launching campaigns (search, local, lead gen)
Monitoring performance and budgets
Making ongoing optimizations (keywords, ads, targeting, bids, creatives)
Managing conversions, tracking, and basic reporting
Identifying wasted spend and fixing it
Communicating performance clearly (no fluff)
Platforms You Must Be Comfortable With
Google Ads (Search, Local, basic Display if needed)
Google Local Service Ads (LSA)

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing real ad spend (not just test accounts)
Ability to set up accounts from scratch
Comfortable jumping into existing accounts and fixing problems
Understands local service business advertising
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed
Can work independently without hand-holding
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with call tracking (CallRail or similar)
Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
Experience working with home service businesses

Pay based on experience (hourly or per-account — open to discussion)
