Virtual Leasing Assistant

We are looking for a remote Leasing Specialist whose primary responsibility is to follow up with inbound leasing leads all day, answer basic questions, and schedule property tours. This role is highly focused with the goal being to schedule as many tours as possible and direct people toward the application process.

If you enjoy fast-paced communication, sales conversations, and converting warm leads into scheduled tours, this role is a great fit.

Primary Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leasing leads (email, text, CRM, and/or phone)
Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet scheduled a tour
Answer common leasing questions (pricing, availability, qualifications, amenities, etc.)
Schedule in-person or virtual tours
Log notes and update lead statuses in the leasing system/CRM
Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone in all communication
Meet or exceed response time and tour-scheduling goals

Ideal Candidate
Experience in leasing, real estate, sales, call centers, or customer service
Comfortable with high-volume follow-up and repetitive outreach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident asking for the tour and moving conversations forward
Organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and experience using ---------- and Facebook Marketplace
