Senior Funnel & Automation Operator (GoHighLevel + Circle)

Spiritual Coaching & Education Business

I’m a coach in the spiritual / personal transformation space running a premium coaching and education business. I’m looking for a senior-level Funnel & Automation Operator to take ownership of my backend systems.
This is not a beginner role. You must already know what you’re doing and be able to work independently.

Pay
- $6–8 USD per hour, depending on experience and skill level
- Opportunity to increase hours and responsibility over time for the right person

This role is for you ONLY if:
- You have real, hands-on experience building funnels in GoHighLevel
- You have personally set up:
funnels

email automations
billing and subscriptions (Stripe)
access rules and permissions
- You can take a goal and build the system end-to-end without step-by-step instructions
- You are confident, proactive, and comfortable making decisions within your role

Core Responsibilities (non-negotiable):
- Build, manage, and optimize funnels inside GoHighLevel
- Create and maintain email automation workflows
- Manage billing, subscriptions, and access control
- Run and maintain simple backend operations in GHL
- Load, organize, and manage course content inside Circle
- Proactively identify issues and improve systems without being asked

Strong bonuses (not required, but preferred):
- Ability to create simple, clean graphics using Canva
- Basic video editing or reel posting experience
- Willingness and experience using AI tools, such as:
ChatGPT
Canva AI
CapCut (including basic AI features)
- Comfort using AI thoughtfully to work faster and smarter (not blindly)

You must be:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work fast, clean, and independently
- A self-leader who takes responsibility for outcomes
- Clear, professional communicator with excellent written English
- Genuinely aligned with supporting a spiritual mission and a collaborative, high-standards team

This role is NOT for you if:
- You are still “learning” GoHighLevel
- You rely only on templates without understanding systems
- You need daily instructions or supervision
- You have not managed funnels, automations, and billing from start to finish
