Role Overview
We’re hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and convert qualified home service businesses into BrandSlam clients. This is a performance-based role with a clear path to increased earnings based on real client conversions.

What You’ll Do
Prospect US-based home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, etc.)
Reach out via calls and emails
Qualify interest and pain points
Drive prospects to conversion by scheduling appointments (activated BrandSlam client)
Maintain clean, accurate CRM notes
Hit weekly conversion targets

What Success Looks Like
- 80–100 high quality conversations with leads per week. Calls are the floor. Conversions are the job.
- Consistent outreach volume (200/day)
- Clear communication with the sales team
- Strong follow-up discipline

Compensation & Commission Structure
Base Pay
$800 USD / month

Commission (Paid Per Conversion Month After)
$20 USD per client conversion
A conversion is defined as a BrandSlam client who has signed and paid.
