Amazon FBA Executive Assistant

Brief Summary of the Business:
My name is Todd, and I’m based in Virginia, USA. I have been selling on ---------- since 2011. It is my full-time occupation. Amazon FBA is the core of my business. I own a successful private label brand with 2 parent SKUs in the automotive tools category. I also am brand agent exclusively representing three other small brands on the Amazon platform, each with 4 or less SKUs.

My long-term goal is to continue growing my private label brand for the next 20+ years. I have no plans to sell it.

My wife and I spent about 20 years living overseas (Central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East), so we’re well accustomed to cross-cultural environments and relationships. My first career was as a commercial pilot, followed by business development work on various international projects.

Main Duties:
You’ll assist with account monitoring, logistics, reporting, and customer support. I am seeking someone who will learn my business and keep day-to-day operations well cared for, thus allowing me to focus on high-value activities such as adding more products to the brand.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 3+ years of ---------- experience with similar responsibilities.
• TikTok Shop experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and proactive.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Enjoy learning new things.
• Reliable internet (95%+ uptime).
• Flexible hours for weekly calls across time zones; strong English communication.
• You will work independently once trained with flexibility in scheduling. Our work schedules would normally overlap only for routine meetings, which will be more frequent in the training stage and less frequent as experience grows.
Compensation:

Salary will reflect experience and job fit. Offers will be no less than $900 USD/month, with opportunities to grow.
