Senior Social Media Manager VA (High-End Spiritual Mentor

We are hiring a senior-level Social Media Manager VA to support a high-end spiritual mentor and coach.

This role is for someone experienced, self-directed, and confident in their judgment. You will be curating and elevating existing content into a refined, premium social media presence. If you need step-by-step instructions, this role is not for you.

What you will own
- Curating existing content (emails, blogs, teachings, videos)
- Repurposing content into:
- high-end static posts
- polished, strategic carousels
- Managing posting across platforms with consistency and care
- Maintaining a clean, organized content calendar
- Making confident decisions about layout, flow, and presentation
- Ensuring all content reflects a premium, intentional brand

Required (non-negotiable)
- Senior-level experience as a Social Media Manager or VA
- Excellent written English
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent) with a refined, high-end aesthetic
- Highly organized and systems-oriented
- Confident taking initiative and making judgment calls
- Sensitive to tone, nuance, and spiritual content
- Reliable, consistent, and self-managed
- Experience and ease using AI tools as part of daily workflow, including:
- ChatGPT (content drafting, repurposing, caption refinement)
- CapCut or similar (basic video edits, captions, short-form enhancements)
- AI-assisted design or copy tools (e.g. Canva AI, workflow automation)
- Comfortable prompting AI thoughtfully and refining outputs to match a premium brand voice

Strong advantages (not required)
- Video editing skills
- Funnel-building or email marketing experience
- Experience working with coaches, healers, or premium personal brands

Compensation
- $6–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience
- Long-term role with growth potential for the right person

- Entry-level VAs
- Applicants who require daily hand-holding
- Low-quality or rushed design work
