AI Graphic Designer & Photoshop Specialist (Personalized Portraits)

We are looking for a creative and proactive AI Graphic Designer to join our team for a long-term project. We specialize in creating high-quality personalized portraits, and we need someone who can blend the power of AI with professional Photoshop skills.

You will be working with Dzine AI and Gemini 3. We don't just need a "prompter" – we need a graphic designer who understands composition, detail, and technical workflows.

What you will do:

Generate high-quality portraits using Dzine AI (working with specific nodes and prompts).

Use Gemini 3 (Gems/Projects) to refine prompts and solve creative problems.

Perform post-production in Adobe Photoshop: using masks, Lasso tool, and Generative Fill to fix any AI imperfections.

Color grading, skin tone adjustments, and ensuring the final result looks professional.

Basic task tracking in Google Sheets/Excel (simple status updates).

What we offer:

Long-term stability: We are looking for someone to stay with us for months/years.

Trial Period: First week is 4 hours/day to get you started. From the second week, it’s full-time (8 hours/day).

Requirements:

Photoshop Skills: At least 6-12 months of experience. You must understand layers, masking, and retouching.

AI Fluency: You should be comfortable "talking" to AI to get the best results.

English: Good level to understand our video training and documentation.

Reliability: You are someone who pays attention to small details (like eyes, hands, and textures).
