I’m looking for a part-time Etsy Virtual Assistant to support 3 active Etsy stores with execution-based tasks.
The goal is to save time on repetitive operational work so I can focus on growing the business.

What the role includes:
• Publishing 1-2 listings per day per store (titles, descriptions, tags)
• Uploading listings using pre-defined templates and keywords
• Responding to basic customer messages
• Editing product images using PhotoRoom + Canva (based on my exact process)

How the work is done:
• I provide a detailed PDF with screen recordings explaining:
• How I edit product images
• How titles and descriptions are created using AI
• Which tags, structure, and format to use
• The work is mechanical and process-driven, not strategic
• No independent decision-making or SEO strategy is required

Requirements:
• Familiarity with Etsy
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable with PhotoRoom, Gemini, ChatGPT and Canva
• Organized, consistent, and reliable

Work scope:
• Approximately 2–3 hours per day (under 30 hours/week)
• Long-term collaboration if it’s a good fit
• Clear systems already in place

Budget:
• $2–3/hour, based on experience and speed
• Opportunity to review and increase the rate after consistent performance
