We’re looking for motivated, solution-oriented acquisitions specialists to join our wholesale team. You’ll work with inbound leads, use streamlined systems, and get direct 1-on-1 coaching from a proven top closer who consistently closed 10–15 deals per month in this exact role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Wholesale Acquisitions Specialist

1. Lead Engagement & Qualification
• Review new inbound leads provided through the CRM each morning.
• Initiate contact with leads via phone, text, or
• Conduct initial discovery calls to identify seller motivation, timeline, and property condition.
• Pre-qualify leads based on internal criteria (motivation, equity, urgency, etc.).
• Document all communication in CRM with clear notes and call outcomes.

2. Sales Process & Follow-Up
• Use provided scripts to run acquisition calls with sellers.
• Present offers (cash, creative, or hybrid) based on company buy box and comps.
• Handle objections and build rapport to move deals forward.
• Follow up persistently with all warm and hot leads using pre-built workflows and follow-up sequences.
• Update status of all leads daily within CRM to reflect accurate deal stage.

3. Deal Structuring & Internal Communication
• Work with the Dispositions Manager or Transaction Coordinator to ensure signed contracts are processed.
• Coordinate with your coach or lead acquisition manager on pricing, offer adjustments, or unusual deal structures.
• Collaborate on setting ARVs, estimating rehab, and calculating MAO (Max Allowable Offer) using company tools.
• Submit signed contracts and provide complete seller info for the closing team.

4. CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads at all stages: new, working, follow-up, under contract, and closed.
• Stay consistent with KPIs: number of calls made, offers sent, contracts signed, and deals closed.
• Track and report on daily activity through dashboards or weekly check-ins.

5. Coaching & Skill Development
• Attend daily or weekly team Zoom huddles or training sessions.
• Review recorded calls or scripts to sharpen acquisition skills.
• Participate in 1-on-1 sessions with the trainer/top producer for feedback and accountability.
• Implement feedback quickly to improve close rate and build confidence in the sales process.
