Influencer Marketing Operations

We’re an influencer marketing agency that are growing quickly and need a reliable VA to help with daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbox
Follow-up brands using templates
Clean lead lists
Update pipelines daily
Track creator deliverables
Collect analytics
Organise files
Lead generation
Prepare weekly reports
Admin tasks

Required Skills:

Strong written English
Very organised
Detail-oriented
Fast learner
Good with spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
Reliable daily availability
Good communication skills
Experience working with creators
Experience with influencer campaigns
Basic knowledge of Instagram & TikTok

Preferred (but not required) skills:

Familiarity with Slack, Airtable

Work Hours:

Hours: 25 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible timing ok)
